Lucas has completed the full decorations package at The Oren, a premium retirement living development in the heart of Hampstead, North London. Developed by Elysian Residences and delivered by main contractor Kingscote Construction, the project brings a new standard of luxury and wellbeing to retirement accommodation.

Located in a peaceful, leafy part of Hampstead, just a short distance from Hampstead Heath, The Oren comprises 40 spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with four outstanding penthouses — each designed with its own private outdoor space. Residents also benefit from access to a restaurant, a wellness centre, and a wide range of services that support a premium lifestyle in later life.



Lucas was appointed to deliver all decorative finishes throughout the development. Our team carried out detailed and high-specification decoration across all private residences, communal areas, and shared amenity spaces. We also applied a range of specialist coatings to the basement, car park, and back-of-house areas, ensuring durable and practical finishes that meet the highest quality standards.

The setting of the project required a sensitive and thoughtful approach. With the site located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by mature trees and green space, our team worked with care and consideration to minimise disruption and preserve the calm environment that will ultimately define life at The Oren.
