Lucas is thrilled to announce its appointment by Multiplex to deliver the main decorations package for the exciting Elephant and Castle Town Centre redevelopment project.

This ambitious project will breathe new life into the existing town centre, transforming it into a vibrant hub for the community. The development will encompass nearly 500 new homes, a brand-new tube station, and a dedicated campus for London College of Communication UAL.

Upon completion, the project will offer a wealth of new spaces, including 55,000 square feet of dedicated workspace, 135,000 square feet of retail and leisure space featuring a new multi-screen cinema, and is expected to create approximately 2,000 new full-time jobs.

Our teams will be involved in all areas of the project including retail, amenity, and commercial spaces as well as 485 residential properties.

Our work includes high end decorations to front-of-house areas and extensive resin flooring, protective and specialist coatings to the back-of-house.

The scheme, designed by Architects, Allies and Morrison, is being delivered by Multiplex for the Client, Get Living with Development Management services by Delancey.
