Lucas has secured the main decorations package for the £1.3bn regeneration of Olympia as a landmark cultural destination for London.

Our role in this transformative project encompasses various buildings within the Olympia development. For commercial offices at One Olympia, Lucas will undertake the complete decorations to shell and core elements from basement to level 14.

Our expertise will also extend to the back-of-house areas of the Public Realm and Roof Garden, with a focus on enhancing functionality and aesthetics through detailed decorations. Additionally, our team will apply an extensive range of finishes to a new theatre and the offices above.

Emberton House, set to house an Arts School and community theatre, will also be treated by our team, along with all decorations throughout the new Hyatt hotel, also located within the building.
Our work is due to commence in early 2024

The Principal Contractor for this redevelopment is Laing O’Rourke, and the clients are Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance International.
