Lucas’s fit out and finishing teams have been awarded top scores by the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) inspectors at Paddington Square.

Our care about our appearance on site, respect for the local community, protection of the environment, attention to site safety and care for our workforce received 4½ stars out of 5. These inspected areas were all rated “excellent” or “exceptional”.

Paddington Square is a CCS “Ultra site” meaning that it should present a professional image of the industry, so Lucas is especially proud that the team led by site manager Ovidijus Keizeris is maintaining this high standard on the project.

We are working for the main contractor, Mace, providing a full back-of-house painting and fit out service that extends across basements, ground and first floor levels. It includes multiple toilets, shower and changing room facilities for cyclists, and the fit out of security rooms, facility manager’s offices and kitchen areas. We previously built a marketing suite for the development on an adjacent site
