Lucas has secured a major fit out project at One Tower Bridge , the prestigious Berkeley Homes Development under construction on the south bank of the River Thames next to Tower Bridge and directly opposite the Tower of London.

The new project is to fit out the entire basement car park for the whole of the development. Our team will be installing travertine stone cladding and back painted glass panels to the walls, applying an insulated render, specialist resin floor paints and installing stainless steel clad timber doors and glazed metal doors.

We are also installing a bespoke, special metal mesh ceiling across the whole car park. This will be a complex process requiring our own design input to ensure a perfect fit. We are also decorating and fitting out the facilities management offices.

Lucas is already carrying out a full decorations programme for the five star luxury apartments built in the first phase of the development.

Work is just starting on the new fit out project and completion is scheduled early next year.
