Lucas have been awarded a major package of work on Phase 2, Station Hill, Reading for Sir Robert McAlpine.
The development is a transformational scheme for the local area and is a collaboration between Lincoln Property Company and MGT Investment Management.
With work on site now started, the Lucas team will apply a series of specialist surface finishes and treatments to exposed areas of the project including back of house zones, stair cores and car parks.
Upon completion, Station Hill will encompass 625,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art office space, along with 1,300 private and affordable residences and 100,000 sq ft of innovative retail and leisure facilities.
