Lucas is thrilled to announce their appointment to deliver the fit out of the prestigious new London headquarters for Asthma + Lung UK.

This exciting project at The White Chapel Building in central London marks the latest milestone in Lucas's ongoing collaboration and support with the charity, which began in 2017, and further cements their role as official UK clean air construction partner.

Our team will bring to life a vibrant, fully branded entrance and reception area, serving as an impressive gateway to the space. We will create a spacious 12-person boardroom and two 10-person meeting rooms that can be transformed into a dynamic conference space. In addition, we'll construct various pods for private and focused collaboration and design a branded breakout area with a custom tea point to encourage informal interactions.

In close collaboration with Asthma + Lung UK, we've adopted an open-plan layout to maximise space efficiency and prioritise sustainability & value for money through the reuse of existing furniture.

Asthma + Lung UK, is dedicated to improving respiratory health in the United Kingdom and their vision is for a world where everyone has healthy lungs. They are dedicated to helping create a world where good lung health and the ability to breathe freely are a basic right enjoyed by all.

In recent years, Lucas has been a big supporter of the charity's mission, actively participating in initiatives aimed at raising awareness around respiratory health issues within the construction sector and during the COVID-19 pandemic, played a pivotal role in supporting the charity Covid research by raising tens of thousands of pounds.
