Great news for all of us at Lucas.

We have been shortlisted for the Digital Construction category of the Building Awards 2021. The judges for Building magazine have recognised our commitment to introducing the latest technologies into our fit out and finishing operations.

In particular they have been impressed with our development of bespoke apps to ensure we maintain the highest possible standards of health, safety and wellbeing for the whole Lucas team, operate at the peak of efficiency, and deliver projects to the highest possible standards.

Building said it has been another incredibly competitive year for its awards.

We have also been shortlisted this year in three categories for the Construction News Specialist Awards 2021, and shortlisted for two awards in that magazine’s main industry awards for 2021 as well.

Danny Lucas said: “We are really chuffed that the industry now recognises and appreciates our efforts to develop digital capabilities that give us the tools to meet the most stringent demands for environmental, social and governance (ESG) best performance.”

Winners of the Building Awards 2021 will be revealed at a gala dinner to be held at the JW Marriot Grosvenor House Hotel in central London on the 2nd November.
