Robin Partington Architects were so impressed by the quality and attractiveness of our Muralplast surface treatment ranges that we have been brought in to decorate the prestigious Park House W1 development owned by Land Securities that they helped design. This magnificent mixed use building being constructed by Mace is located between North Row and Oxford Street in Mayfair with the commercial office entrance on Park Street. The building has a striking curved glass frontage on to Oxford Street where it is the largest new development for more than 50 years. Its location combines the best of London’s Georgian history with the capital’s busiest high street. The development includes over 15,000 sq. m. of office space, over 8,000 sq. m. of retail space and over 5,000 sq. m. of fabulous residential apartments. Our advisers at Muralplast developed detailed surface treatment specifications for the new building which has given the S. Lucas team the opportunity to demonstrate the full range of its commercial and residential decorating talents. Lucas Fit Out have also been contracted to construct and fit out temporary accommodation for the substantial workforce on site while Park House W1 is being built.
