Lucas has won a major painting contract for an office redevelopment in Farringdon just on the edge of the City of London.

Stonecutter Court is a 13 storey plus basement high quality office building that will add retail units at ground level and create a new pocket park for the neighbourhood. The building will provide flexible work spaces and the developers are aiming for a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.

Lucas will carry out shell and core decorations throughout including lobbies and staircores and apply specialist sealers and coatings to the basement and back of house areas.

The redevelopment is for CO-RE and the main contractor is Mace. We will start our programme next month and complete in Q4 of 2024.
