Lucas will soon be helping to deliver a landmark building upgrade in Covent Garden.

90 Long Acre is a significant late 1970s “Brutalist” commercial building originally designed by renowned architect Richard Seifert. It is now being comprehensively refurbished and upgraded with elements of new build to create a modern office complex with ground level retail units and public realm space that will integrate it with the surrounding area.

The refurbishment will greatly enhance the environmental performance of the building and provide vastly improved working spaces in the new offices.

A Lucas team will decorate throughout the shell and core of the building and apply special low VOC epoxy coatings and sealants in the basement areas.

Our 45-week programme is for the Main Contractor Lendlease and the developers are Northwood Investors.
