Lancer Square

Project – Lancer Square
Client – LGB Group, Butterworth and CIT
Construction Manager – Mace
Value - £700k
Lucas has completed the main painting package at Lancer Square, a luxurious development of 36 boutique apartments and penthouses newly built in the Kensington Palace conservation area.
The Lucas team applied special epoxy coatings and line markings to the two storey basement, back of house and car parking areas and then moved on to complete the decoration of the magnificent residences. Our painting team carefully decorated all the walls, ceilings and joinery, and applied luxury wallcoverings to the corridors and common areas.
We also decorated throughout a separate block of new offices which form part of the development.
A fit out team from Lucas had previously completed a fast-track programme to deliver an exceptional marketing suite for the development, taking a shell and core area and building a five-room suite, including a brilliant reception area and a high-tech model room. We installed the very latest presentation equipment to best showcase Lancer Square to prospective clients.
The principal contractor of this prestigious development was Mace for the joint developers LGB Group, Butterworth and CIT.
