Finsbury Tower

Lucas has completed major fit out and painting packages at Finsbury Tower, a comprehensive refurbishment and rebuild of an existing 1960s 16 storey office block and newly-built podium building next to it and situated near Old Street to the north of the City.

The new Finsbury Tower now reaches 29 storeys providing office and retail space while the separate, new six-storey podium building includes 25 affordable two and three-bedroom apartments

Our fit out team installed kitchens and bathrooms, completed all tiling, joinery and floor coverings and decorated throughout the affordable housing scheme.

The separate painting package comprised shell and core works and the application of specialist coatings to all back of house areas and associated plant rooms and stores in the new tall tower

The main contractor at Finsbury Tower was Mace for the developer CIT.
