Lucas returns to Wandsworth Riverside Quarter

Lucas painting teams have returned to the major residential development on the banks of the River Thames at Wandsworth now known as the Riverside Quarter to carry out a substantial decorations package for the third phase of this prestigious development.

Riverside Quarter is a sought after residential complex overlooking The Thames and Fulham’s famous Hurlingham Club, incorporating parks and gardens, retail and commercial spaces as well as a gym and swimming pool complex.

This is the third major decorations package we have undertaken here for the contractor Galliford Try London and South East Commercial and the developer Frasers Property. This time we are working on a mixed use development rising to 11 storeys on the south side of the building away from the River Thames and rising to 15 storeys adjacent to the river.

We will be decorating throughout 172 residential units including all living spaces and bathrooms, associated amenity spaces including roof terraces and balconies, and we shall be applying specialist coatings to basement and back of house areas.

Our work on this last phase is now well underway with completion scheduled for November.
