Return to a favourite City haunt

S. Lucas is returning to a City of London building it first decorated over 25 years ago after being appointed by Mace to carry out all the internal decorations for this completely refurbished Land Securities property at 155 Moorgate, once known as Moorgate Hall. We decorated 155 Moorgate when it was first built and now we’re back again.

Our exemplary standard of finish will be firmly tested by our client because the fully-refurbished building is in fact Mace’s new global headquarters. Our skilled office decorating team has pulled out all the stops to complete the initial phase of refurbishment to enable the first group of Mace employees to move in on time.

Two further phases are due for completion in the first half of 2013.
