New luxury residential projects won by Lucas

Lucas has a strong reputation for its work in the residential sector and is currently working on two new prestigious projects that confirm its leading position.

Our painting teams are completing the final phase of One Tower Bridge, a luxury development of apartments and penthouses for Berkeley Homes on the south bank of the River Thames with stunning views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. We are providing a complete decorations package for 168 apartments following the decorations and fit out to the carpark and decorations of marketing suites we have already completed. As ever, the standard of workmanship will be first class.

We are also starting work on a high end development in central Westminster, also for Berkeley Homes. The Abell & Cleland project comprises a total of 275 luxury apartments with residential facilities and designer specifications to be delivered with care and attention by our decorating teams.

Paint and wallcoverings will be applied on these projects with our usual high level of fine craftsmanship and detailed project management which keep us in a leading position to win and deliver luxury residential projects across London and the south east.
