S Lucas appointed to paint landmark new building on London’s Savile Row

S Lucas has been appointed by the Mace Group to carry out all the internal decoration for a new six storey plus basement building at 23 Savile Row in the heart of London’s bespoke tailoring district. The new building is on the site of the demolished Fortress House, formerly the headquarters of English Heritage. It is a high- end commercial office development and has been sensitively designed to enhance this historic area.

The S Lucas team is starting a 15 week painting programme now. Following our positive experience at Heathrow Terminal 5, we will be applying a special covering to all the metalwork surfaces which is water-based for quicker drying but also has strong environmental and health & safety benefits.
