Lucas scoops marketing suite super fit out for luxury Kensington development

Lucas has secured a fast-track super fit out project to deliver an exceptional marketing suite for a luxury residential project in Kensington.

Lancer Square is a rare development of 36 boutique apartments and penthouses being built at the heart of the Kensington Palace conservation area.

The Lucas fit out team has taken initial design drawings from architects Squire and Partners and developed them into fully co-ordinated construction plans.

We are now embarking on a six-week fast track fit-out programme working from a shell and core area on which we will build a five-room suite, including a brilliant reception area and a high-tech model room where we will install the very latest presentation equipment to best showcase the Lancer Square development to prospective clients.

We will install all the mechanical and electrical services into the space including a specially designed air conditioning system located in the challengingly small ceiling void. The team will design, manufacture and install bespoke wall panelling with metal features, curved ceilings, and marbled floors with softening insets.

Our team is pulling out all the stops to deliver an impressive marketing suite fit out for such a prestigious development for the principal contractor Mace and the joint developers of the project.

This will be the latest marketing suite built by the specialist team at Lucas for luxury residential developments across central London.
