Keeping an eye on the dashboard

Lucas has invested in a new IT system that enables us to monitor closely progress on all our projects from our headquarters in Kent. We call the new system “Project Dashboard” and as well as allowing our head office team to oversee each project as it develops, our on site colleagues have real time access to the system via laptops, iPads and iPhone apps which gives them a complete picture of the project they are working on.
Project Dashboard monitors and confirms that every critical stage of our work is complete. From the point at which clients’ first place their orders, confirmation that all safety documentation has been issued, that operational and maintenance manuals have been provided, and that a site waste management plan is in place, through to procurement of supplies, completion of all work stages, project closure, final handover and client feedback.
Our project support team at HQ can keep an eye on every stage of a project, keep a headcount of operatives on site and record all health and safety issues.
Project Dashboard is a great tool for ensuring Lucas maintains its highest levels of service standards for clients.
