Lucas has expanded its existing Consolidation Centre with an extra facility close to the company’s HQ in Wrotham, Kent.

The Logistics and Consolidation Centre enables Lucas to service all its projects with much greater efficiency and reliability, and provides the company with the opportunity to reduce the environmental impacts of its operations.

The facilities are within easy reach of the M25, and all adjoining main arteries and allow all projects to be served by a Lucas FORS accredited fleet of vehicles 24/7

The centre further allows the company to take just off M25 and the ability to draw on supplies exactly when required. This encourages the pre-planning of the work and creating "job packs" that can be delivered to the teams on a ‘just-in-sequence’ basis.
