S Lucas wins decorating package for Globe Academy

S Lucas has won the important decoration package for the Globe Academy, Southwark. The Globe Academy is a new “all- through” school with pupils from 3 to18 years of age. The long term project includes the refurbishment of existing school buildings and the building of a new school designed by the renowned architects, Future Systems, on the same site. A painting team from S Lucas has already completed the decoration of the primary school section of Globe Academy, a refurbished Victorian school building, during the summer holidays. Our main decorations package is due to start on the new school building early next year for contractors, Mace Plus, and adds to our growing reputation for decorating educational buildings. Recent projects have included the spectacular new Bridge Academy and the redecoration of Hackney Community College, both in north London.
