Lucas’s commitment to new technologies recognised in Building Awards 2022

All at Lucas are delighted by the news that we have been shortlisted for the Building Awards 2022 in the Digital Excellence category.

The judges for Building magazine have been impressed by the continuing progress we make in developing and exploiting the latest technologies into our day-to-day fit out and finishing operations.

We have also demonstrated the value of investing in the latest technologies at, for example, Battersea Power Station where we have re-installed both original 1930s and 1950s control room components and created new but indistinguishable replica components to complete the restoration.

This latest shortlisting follows on from shortlistings for Lucas by Construction News earlier in the year in their awards.

Winners of the Building Awards 2022 will be revealed at a gala dinner to be held at the JW Marriot Grosvenor House Hotel in central London on 1st November.
