Now Lucas top scores for environmental performance at 22 Bishopsgate

Lucas has won the November “Robin Award” for best environmental performance at the 62-storey building Twentytwo, at 22 Bishopsgate in the City of London.
The award reflects a 100% score and comes after the Lucas team also topped the contractors’ quality league table and the Health and Safety table at the same site earlier this year.
The Lucas site manager is Ivan Gazavov and his team is producing top quality, snag-free finishes to the shell and core, basement and back of house areas, and specialist coatings in the car park and on metal staircases and fire escapes throughout the building.
The team has built a strong working relationship with the main contractor Multiplex and with the architects, to ensure we achieve all the agreed performance levels.
The Lucas site app and Lucas team app means the site team has full back up from Lucas HQ and is fully engaged in the progress of the project. Our bespoke apps enable Lucas teams to achieve the highest levels of quality, efficiency and safety out on site.
Lucas has been heavily involved in the development of Twentytwo having previously completed a series of enabling works for the construction programme, while a Lucas fit out team built a superb marketing suite for the building on Level 5 designed to cater for group site visits.
Danny Lucas said: “To win three separate awards for environment, quality and safety all on the same site is just brilliant. This all round performance is exactly what we expect from our teams, but to be recognised in this way is greatly appreciated.”
