We’ll drink to that
Lucas is creating an extremely smart lounge and bar on Level 7 at 1 Angel Court, the signature office project near Bank. We were awarded the commission following the successful completion of a number of high quality fit out projects that we have already carried out for the development.
The level 7 facility will be an important, high quality leisure and meeting space within the building and our scope of works will include drywall partitioning and the manufacture and installation of a bespoke bar and pantry with brass, stone and timber finishes complete with integral lighting. Other elements include the supply and installation of catering equipment, solid timber flooring, timber door sets, electrical lighting and power installation, mechanical ventilation and drainage installation, soft flooring, external louvres and high end decorations.
Our fit out team has already installed a number of complex and spectacular features in the building. These include porcelain floor tiles laid in technically very challenging faceted patterns, feature glass reinforced concrete cladding, acoustic panelling, and two really impressive bespoke steel staircases with cutting-edge balustrades. We also installed a sweeping, high level balustrade that overlooks the magnificent double height entrance that leads up to the mezzanine reception hall.
1 Angel Court is in the Bank Conservation Area in the heart of the City. It incorporates a 24 storey tower rising from a broader lower storey structure and provides 300,000 sq ft of quality office accommodation, high level garden terraces, and restaurant, retail and public urban space. It is a joint development between Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan.
