Lucas scoops major Central London residential packages
Lucas has won two major residential decorating packages in London, advancing the company’s successful role as a leading contractor in the luxury residential market.
The first package is to decorate all 204 one and two bedroom apartments at Sky Gardens, a 120 meter, 36 storey landmark tower under construction beside the Thames between Vauxhall and Nine Elms. This hugely impressive development, managed by Mace for Fraser Property Development, is part of the comprehensive redevelopment of the whole Battersea area.
The tower includes a feature two-storey internal garden on the 8th floor overlooked by a private gym, as well as a roof garden.
The second Lucas project is at Lillie Square, close by Earl’s Court. This is Phase 1 of a 10 year masterplan recreating and reinterpreting traditional garden squares, mansion blocks and townhouses across a spread of new buildings.
Once again these are high end residences requiring skilled decorating teams to deliver a perfect finish. The construction manager is Sir Robert McAlpine and the developer is a joint venture between Capital and Counties Properties and KFI.
Both are major London projects where Lucas is committing strong project management teams and teams of operatives willing to go the extra mile to ensure the smooth progress of the programmes to final delivery.
