Lucas wired for “Tech City”

Lucas painting teams have started work at The Atlas Building, a distinctive tall residential building in the City Road, Clerkenwell in the heart of “Tech City”.

We have secured the complete decorations package for this 40 storey residential tower with its distinctive, staggered, elegant vertical shape created by a series of architectural fins fanning from the core.

We are decorating all back of house and common areas which will include specialist coatings for the basement car park and plant rooms. The 302 apartments have a particularly high specification which Lucas is renowned for delivering. We shall also be providing perfect finishes in the fitness centre, swimming pool and spa and in the screening room, all central features of this exceptional development.

The developer is Rocket Properties and the main contractor is Mace. Completion is scheduled for 2019.
